arrowroot powder A white powdery starch resembling corn starch, derived from the Marantha arundinacea plant.
bacon Wisconsin pasture raised pork.
baking soda Used as a levening agent
beef broth We begin with oven roasted beef bones from local pasture fed cows. The bones are then slowly simmered in water until the perfect beef stock emerges. The fat is strained off and the perfect (lean) beef stock remains.
beef liver We insist on livers from the finest Wisconsin pasture raised cows.
canola oil Pressed from canola seeds, Canola oil is incredibly low in saturated fat and a rich source of Vitamin E.
carob chips, coating and powder A dog safe alternative to chocolate. The fruit pod of the carob tree which is then ground into a fine powder. Carob is virtually fat-free, rich in protein, and fiber, and most importantly, Theobromine (caffeine) free.
cheddar cheese The finest aged Wisconsin cheddar cheese.
chicken broth Oven roasted chicken bones from local free range chickens are simmered in water until the perfect stock is formed. The fat is then skimmed off revealing the perfect chicken stock.
cinnamon The ground bark of the cinnamon tree and contains an excellent source of manganese, fiber, calcium and iron.
cream of tarter Used in combination with baking soda to form baking powder. Cream of tartar (also known as potassium bitartrate or tataric acid) crystallises in wine casks during the fermentation of grape juice. It is then collected, purified, and refined into the powdery substance sold as cream of tarter

ginger Used as a warm spice. The underground stems (or rhizomes) of the ginger plant are dried and then ground to form the ginger spice commonly sold in stores.
goat cheese Wisconsin fresh 100% natural goat cheese. Free of preservatives and horomones.
guar gum Used as a substitute for gluten in our allergy free treats. Guar gum is the powder produced when guar beans are milled/ground.
honey A sugar substitute and natural preservative. Locally produced in Suring, WI.
milk (non-fat) Wisconsin's own - an excellent source of calcium, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin A, and protein.
mint leaves Our own, garden fresh peppermint and spearmint. Used as a breath freshening agent in our mint treats, bikkies and training bits.
molasses A healthy sweetener which adds warm color and is rich in manganese, calcium, copper, iron and potassium.
oats A cereal grain rich in manganese, selenium, phosphorus, thiamin and fiber.
parsley leaves Our own, garden fresh parsley. Used as a breath freshening agent in our mint treats, bikkies and training bits and a

rosemary Used as a natural preservative.
stawberries Our own, garden fresh strawberries. Rich in vitamin C, menganese and fiber.
tapioca flour Produced from the starch of the cassava plant. Used in Natertot Allergy Free Treats as a gluten free flour.
vanilla A creamy, sweet flavor emerges when we use our select 100% pure vanilla extract produced from the finest vanilla beans.
vanilla coating Used to create a sweet, decorative accent on many Natertot Bakery products. We choose not to use the more popular yogurt coating as there is no digestive health benfits in a yogurt coating which does not contain live and active cultures (aka probiotics).
